Our household decorative hardware is processed for doors, windows and cabinets, while industrial hardware is for fasteners and mechanical components. The main processes are forging, casting, stamping, CNC machining and polishing; the surface treatments are electroplating, oxidizing, blackening, powder spraying and lacquering.

We can offer a variety of decorative finishes for your options, the modern finishes are PVD, polished brass, satin nickel, bright nickel, antique nickel, satin chrome, and bright chrome; the classic finishes are vintage distressed iron (pewter), brass and bronze. All finishes can meet relevant tests including salt spraying, humidity, heat quenching, pensile hardness, coating adhesion, abrasion, UV and solvent rubbing.

Our lacquering line uses the ultrasonic vapor cleaning equipment with Japanese trichlorethylene. The spraying gun is also introduced from Japan. The oven is dust-free with York air filtering system.
