Research and Development

We produce parts according to customers' drawings or samples, with more than 20 designing engineers and skilled technicians to be responsible for your projects, more than 40 new parts are developed monthly.

Designing software we adopt are Pro-E, Solid Works, UG, auto-CAD, and mould flowing system.

Testing instruments are electronic tensile machine, computerized dimension checking instrument, gauge thickness meter, hardness meter, chemical composition analyzer, life cycling machine, and salt spraying machine.

Name:Heavy Duty Forging Machine
Description:The maximum tonnage is 500MT. The maximum weight we can forge is 4lbs.

Name:E02 Electric Line Cutting Equipment
Description:Advanced equipment is the guarantee for tooling precision. Our electric line cutting machine can meet 0.0005-inch tolerance.

Name:OEM02 Pro-E Molding Software
Description:Our engineers can use CAD, Pro-E, Solid Works, UG and other molding flowing systems to design tooling and check geometry and dimensions.

Name:CNC Machining Workshop
Description:There are more than 20 sets of CNC machines. Part roughness is greatly improved after CNC machining, to meet ANSI 16 grade micro finish standards.

Name:Zinc Die Casting Machine
Description:Zinc material can be easily shaped to any pattern by die casting. We have 6 sets of zinc die casting machines. The unit weight can be 2lbs. The monthly output can reach 30 metric tons.

Name:Tooling Workshop
Description:Our tooling workshop has more than 20 sets of tooling machines. We can monthly develop 40 new items for our customers. The tooling lead time is normally 25 - 35 days.

Name:Forging Machine Workshop
Description:Our forging machine workshop has totally 10 sets of machines, with tonnage from 0.5MT to 500MT. We monthly forge 200MT brass in our workshop.

Name:Automatic Polishing Machine
Description:Automatic polishing can greatly improve the polishing efficiency. It can also guarantee uniform polishing conditions for large surface parts.

Name:Stamping Machine Shop
Description:We have total 50 sets of stamping machines. Normally used materials are brass, copper, and steel sheets. The maximum part length can be 30 inches, and the thickness can be 0.005 to 0.2 inches.

Name:Hand Polishing
Description:There are more than 60 sets of automatic polishing machines in the workshop. Hardware parts have complicated shapes and dimensions, hence, hand polishing can guarantee highly polished surface.
